Ingredients

- 1 handful fresh spinach
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based such as almond or oat)
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2-3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 6-8 ice cubes (optional)
- Chia seeds
- Pinch of salt
- Squeeze of fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
