Refund policy

We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your avocados to request a refund or exchange if you're not completely satisfied with your avocados. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must provide proof of purchase and a photo of the issue with your avocados, taken on the day your order was received. 

To initiate a refund/exchange request, you can contact us at sales@avocadoorganic.com

If your request is accepted, we'll either initiate a refund or ship out a replacement box within 7-10 business days.
