Ingredients

  • 1 ripe organic avocado, chopped
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Hot sauce, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the avocado, tomato, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and garlic.
  2. Season with salt and hot sauce to taste.
  3. Gently mix until well combined, keeping the avocado pieces intact for texture.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 2–6 hours to allow the flavors to develop.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy.
Pro Tip: Letting the salsa chill enhances the flavor, but for the best texture, use slightly firm avocados so they hold their shape after mixing.
