Ingredients
- 1 ripe organic avocado, chopped
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Hot sauce, to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the avocado, tomato, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and garlic.
- Season with salt and hot sauce to taste.
- Gently mix until well combined, keeping the avocado pieces intact for texture.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2–6 hours to allow the flavors to develop.
